  4. Booking changes: Changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  5. Cancellation: Cancellations after confirmation may result in partial or full charges.
  6. Customer details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information.
  7. Service adjustments: VACFLEX may adjust services or itineraries due to operational needs, weather, or unforeseen events.
